About Me

Hello! I'm Junko, a store owner born and raised in Japan. In Japan, we have an ancient concept called KOTODAMA.

KOTODAMA means the spirit of words, implying that words have the power to manifest their meaning into reality. It might be somewhat similar to the law of attraction.

Japanese is a complex language. Even a simple word like "yes" can be translated in over ten different ways. While machine translation has advanced significantly, it still can't convey subtle nuances perfectly.

Perhaps because of this, many kanji T-shirts and posters sold outside Japan feature incorrect or nonsensical Japanese. If you are interested in Japan and its culture, I want you to experience accurate and beautiful Japanese. This desire led me to start creating art using the Japanese language.

In my store, I sell original wall art that combines aesthetic Japanese words and art. Each piece is not just beautiful but also crafted with the hope that your wishes come true. May the magic of Japan fill your room with each word I weave!

If you have any requests or questions, please feel free to contact me through the contact form. English is perfectly fine.

Although I have never lived outside Japan, I studied English hard to open my store. I look forward to talking with you!
